Lysimachia thyrsiflora


Erect stems with pretty, dense little fluffy golden yellow pompom flowers in between small compact green leaves.


Tufted loosestrife provides a carpet of low-growing foliage supporting stems of fluffy, primrose-yellow flowers. Excellent ground cover for boggy and shady areas.

Top tip: Stick to solid containers rather than mesh as the root tips will soon grow out through the mesh.

Height: 10-25cm

Propagation: Separate young shoots to grow on from May to September.

Depth of water over the soil: 0-15cm

Planting: Plant into solid 5lt flower pots using heavy garden loam or Westland Aquatic soil.
